In-person and online counselling, with sessions open to people of all ages.
Our team includes both qualified counsellors and trainee counsellors in the final stages of their training. This means we’re able to offer free or low-cost sessions, based on your income, helping to remove financial barriers to mental health support.
Affordable, inclusive, and community-focused support for all ages.
At some point in life, many of us face emotional challenges that can affect how we cope day to day, or how we connect with others. At Basecamp Chepstow, we’re here to help. Since 2020, we've been providing accessible counselling services from our community hub in the heart of Chepstow.
Why Basecamp?
We’re more than just a counselling service -we’re a community-led cooperative, passionate about making mental health support inclusive and accessible.
We create a welcoming space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions, without fear of judgment. Whether it’s your first step towards support or part of a longer journey, we’re here for you.
