Conselling services
We offer counselling for individuals of all ages, including children, young people, and adults.
Whether you're facing anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties or simply need someone to talk to, we're here to support you. Our team includes both qualified counsellors and trainees in the final stages of their training.
How does it work?
You can refer yourself directly to our service - no GP referral needed.
Fill in our short registration form.
You’ll then be able to book an assessment with us, an initial conversation to understand your needs and match you with a suitable counsellor.
If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll complete some paperwork and book in your first session.
Single sessions £55/hour
Weekly sessions £50/hour*
Low income households are eligible for part funded sessions, saving up to 75% on our regular counselling session rates.

Eligible individuals can access up to 75% off the cost of counselling sessions.

Sessions range from £45–£55, with reduced rates available through our Affordable Scheme (up to 75% off for low-income households).

We’re on the Top Floor, St Maur, Chepstow (NP16 5EP). Counselling is available in-person or online via video.

You can self-refer by completing a short form. We’ll book an assessment to match you with a counsellor. There’s no fixed number of sessions — you decide what feels right.

Our team includes trainee and qualified counsellors with experience in a wide range of issues (including trauma, autism and ADHD). You’ll usually be matched, but where possible you can choose based on preference (including gender).
